Luis Peralta Del Valle is an award-winning Nicaraguan American artist whose work blends vibrant realism with cultural storytelling. Born in Nicaragua in 1980 and raised in Washington, D.C., he began as a graffiti muralist at 13 and went on to study at the Corcoran College of Art and Design. His work—ranging from murals to portraits and sculptures—has been exhibited in museums, embassies, and national institutions — often reflecting themes of identity, history, and community, portraying figures from everyday life. With each piece, Del Valle continues to bridge traditional technique and contemporary relevance, affirming his role as a cultural voice in the arts.
